Getting fossil fuels out of 401(k)s

Over 80% of Americans are worried about climate change, but 99% of Americans with retirement savings don't have the option to avoid investing in fossil fuel companies, with over 80% not realising they're invested in fossil fuel companies in the first place. Sphere makes value-aligned investing available to everyone by offering the first climate-friendly investment products designed for employee-sponsored retirement savings plans, the primary investment vehicle available to most Americans.

Sphere is amplifying a social movement to get 401(k) retirement savings money out of fossil fuel companies. They amplify the voices of employees asking for fossil-free investment options and help employers provide authentic climate-friendly investment options while maintaining fiduciary duty with quality products at reasonable fees.
